Learning to Love Stillness:

My love for meditation runs deep and is a key ingredient for me to stay in alignment. For many years, it was a love-hate relationship. Following my Father's passing in 2020, I established a daily practice that helped me understand myself and my place in this world. This is where the magic happens, when we can get still and listen to our higher self. Learning to trust my intuition is priceless and timeless. If you are curious about who you are and want to learn to love the stillness, look no further. It is one of my favorite things to study, practice, and teach.
